Protection of your privacy

Sympact Solutions B.V., hereafter ‘Sympact’, takes the protection of your privacy very seriously. We therefore treat your personal data confidentially and with the utmost care. This privacy statement applies to all personal data that is collected and used by Sympact. This concerns client data provided by you, but also information about visits to our website, newsletter sign-ups, participation in campaigns or special offers, and information used in our assignments. Sympact only uses your data with your permission or when Sympact needs your data to provide you with products or services or has already done so. If and when Sympact processes your data in any other way, this requires your (explicit) consent.

Sympact does not sell your data to third parties and only provides this data to third parties if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude processor agreements with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Sympact remains responsible for the processing of your data.

Sympact only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy. We will reply to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks.
